I made this in case anyone was interested in the process I use for most of my digital only illustrations. I will try to make one of these the next time I do a portrait.Basically, it goes like this:Sketchy Lines (SAI), Base Colors/Values (SAI), Painted Top Layer (SAI), Color adjustment (PS 6.6)There might be more efficient ways to do this but for now this is working pretty well for me. I used a few different references to create the pose. She’s a little wonky looking, but I’m really just trying to practice the shape of a woman’s hips and the muscles in her legs. These are really difficult to get right! I probably need to spend more time on the arms too…
